Florence started her acting training with theatergroup Amsterdam (junior) in 2014 where she landend the role of Ophelia in the play Hamlet. It was because of her performance that she was asked to audition for the television series Spangas and became part of the permanent cast. After two years, she left the series and was accepted at the Academy of Dramatic Arts Maastricht.
Along side her study she continued to work in films and series such as Flikken Rotterdam and the original Netflix series Ares. After graduating in 2020, she landed her first leading roles in the acclaimed NPO series De slet van 6vwo and the multiple award- winning short Wall #4 . This was followed by roles in the feature film Taste of Love, the series Rundfunk, the feature film Patsers, directed by Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah and The Netflix original Bad Boa’s.
In addition to filming, she also performed in theater plays for Kobra theater productions and HNTjong.
Next is the drama series Grand Hotel aan Zee, with Florence in one of the leading roles.
