Since her graduation from the ArtEZ Academy of Dramatic Arts in Arnhem in 2016, Tessa has played roles in notable television series including A’DAM – E.V.A. III (2016), Dokter Tinus (2017), All Stars (2020), Flikken Rotterdam (2021), Deep Shit (2021), and most recently Bennie (2024).

Alongside her roles on television, Tessa has played a well received part in Ramon Gieling’s film Sisyphus at Work (2021), and has recently appeared in the film Goodbye Stranger directed by Aaron Rookus, which premiered at the 2023 International Film Festival Rotterdam.

On stage, Tessa has played leads in Trojan Wars (2020-2021) with Het Nationale Theater, and in Queer Planet (2022) with NTJong. Other notable theater companies she has collaborated with include Toneelgroep Oostpool, DOX, and Toneelschuur. Last year, she played a lead role in Ruzie (2023) in a collaboration with prize-winning director Jetse Batelaan in Basel, Switzerland. Tessa played a leading role in Freaky Friday Face-off, a theater production by De Warme Winkel last season.
