Roos started acting at the Youth Theatre School, and graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Amsterdam in 2021. Before and throughout her education she already played roles in film and television, and even published her own debut poetry book Ik ook van mij (2019) during this period.
She is well known for her roles in notable feature films and television series, including Als de Dijken Breken (2016), SOOF (2017-2018) as well as its corresponding movie SOOF 3 (2022), the leading role in the online series Bad Influencer (2019), one of the leading roles in the series De Club (2023) by VRT and Amazon Prime and she stars in the feature Lekker met de meiden which premiered this summer.
Roos debuted in theater with the leading role in Pech by Eran & George Productions in 2024.
